    Yirgacheffe
    Synonymous with Arabica

     

     

    Yirgacheffe beans have a light to medium body and a sweet , fruity flavor and aroma. They are very fragrant and are consistently rated, reviewed as the world's highest quality Arabica beans.

     

    They are usually more expensive because of thier high quality.

     

     

    Grades: 1 - 5

    Processing Type: Natural/Washed

    Altitude: 18,000 - 22,000 MASL

    Availability: January - December

     

    Sidamo

    Known for it's full-bodied, rich mouthfeel, sweet and complex flavor profiles. Sidamo beans are frequently low in acidity and have a vibrant aftertaste.

    They are a popular Ethiopian bean among coffee roasters due to their flavor consistency.

     

     

    Grade: 1 - 5

    Processing Type: Natural/Washed

    Altitude: 1,500 - 2,200 MASL

    Availability: January - December

     

    Harar

    These beans are typically dry-processed and have a spicy and fragrant aroma. 

    They have a floral acidity and make a cup that is bright and almost intensely flavored. The flavor is described as wild or Jammy and it taste like blackberry.
